  1. En un bowl añadimos los ingredientes secos tamizados: harina de trigo integral, harina de almendra, cacao y levadura.
  2. En otro bowl mezclamos los ingredientes húmedos: huevo, aceite de coco y stevia. Removemos hasta conseguir una textura homogénea.
  3. Echamos poco a poco la mezcla de ingredientes secos al bowl de ingredientes húmedos y removemos primero con varilla, luego con espátula y por último amasamos.
  4. Añadimos el chocolate negro triturado y amasamos de nuevo para que se integre con la masa. En una bandeja con papel de horno vamos colocando bolitas de 40 gr aproximadamente.
  5. Enfriamos en la nevera durante 10 minutos.
    Sacamos de la nevera, aplastamos ligeramente las bolitas con la mano y las añadimos algún trozo más de chocolate. Enfriamos en la nevera 20 min más.
  6. Precalentamos el horno a 175° con calor arriba y abajo. Horneamos durante 8 minutos. Las sacamos del horno, las dejamos atemperar sobre una rejilla y listas!
