  4. Pasada la media hora, añadimos a la salsa un chorrito de zumo de limón y un poco más de cilantro fresco en trocitos y la reservamos, y al mismo tiempo vamos calentando la plancha a temperatura alta
  5. Ponemos las zamburiñas en la plancha, añadiendo la salsita que quedó en el plato en el que se maceraban, algo menos de un minuto por cada lado.
  6. Cuando estén doraditas, ponemos cada una en su concha y le añadimos una cucharadita de la salsa que teníamos reservada, y solo queda disfrutar!! Están mortales!!!
