  1. PONEMOS todos los ingredientes, previamente picada la zanahoria en la Thermomix porque es más dura y sino quedaría poco procesada, y picamos todo junto, formando una mezcla maleable.

    Primero hacemos la leche condensada, simplemente mezclando leche en polvo con la leche y reservamos.

    Poner en el congelador, una plancha de acero inox (para levantar tartas)
    Mientras fundir en el micro el chocolate con aceite de coco, para que quede bien diluido y tengamos una capa fina de chocolate.
    Desmoldar los helados y apoyar en la plancha.
    Poner el chocolate con un poco de zanahoria rallada en un vaso estrecho de forma que podamos sumergir el helado entero no más de 5 segundos. Dejar sobre la plancha y al congelador
