  1. Ponemos un medidor de aceite de las paellas (sino a ojo un chorro) y sofreímos la ñora seca y el ajo. Una vez lo tenemos reservamos en un mortero.
  2. Sofreímos la cebolla y los dos pimientos. Una vez esté doradito reservamos en un cuenco.
  3. Sofreímos el conejo (me gusta ponerle también 1/4 de pollo de campo pero no me quedaba).
  4. Una vez este añadimos el tomate rallado.
  5. Una vez quede el tomate sofrito añadimos 1l de agua, cuando empiece a hervir lo dejamos a fuego lento 40 min. Sacamos un poco de caldo una vez este para ir añadiendolo al gazpacho cuando vaya consumiendo el caldo. Y ponemos un poco en el mortero para añadir el toque de ñora y ajo con un colador.
  6. Añadimos el paquete de torta y el sobre de especias.
  7. Conforme vaya consumiendo vamos añadiendo el caldo que reservamos. Lo tenemos a fuego lento y removiendo unos 20 min. Y a disfrutar!!!
