  6. Picamos los dientes de ajo y el perejil bien pequeñito
  7. Bañamos las anchoas con un buen aceite de oliva virgen extra y aderezamos con el ajo y el perejil picado
  8. Dejar que reposen durante un mínimo de 24 horas y a disfrutar
