- Después de pasados los 5 min añadimos el majado del mortero y seguimos sofriendo 3 min más
- Si hemos utilizado frijol de bote lo añadimos y echamos un poco de agua, si lo hemos hecho los frijoles en una olla hacemos lo contrario añadimos el sofrito de las verduras.
- Dejamos cociendo unos 5 min o hasta que reduzca un poco y añadimos la mantequilla y el trozo de queso fresco desmenuzado. Seguimos reduciendo hasta espesar y que se mezclen los sabores.
