  14. 1 clla Cúrcuma (echando poco a poco a la bebida y esta a las Almendras)
  15. unas gotitas de vainilla (opcional)

  1. Precalentamos el horno a 200ºC
    En un bol mezclamos los ingredientes secos (harinas, dátiles ya triturados)
    El bicarbonato lo mezclamos con el limón, en un vaso aparte, para que salgan las burbujitas como veis en las fotos y lo incorporamos
  2. Agregamos los huevos de lino, la bebida vegetal y ralladura. Mezclamos.
  3. Engrasamos el molde y echamos la mezcla
    Horneamos unos 30 minutos, pasados los 20 lo podéis pinchar.
    Lo sacamos y esperamos que enfríe
  4. Frosting: En 1 cucharada de bebida vegetal añadimos media cucharilla de cúrcuma y mezclamos. Lo mezclaremos con las almendras y batiremos e iremos añadiendo el color así, pero poco a poco, junto un poco de bebida vegetal o limón.
    Trituramos bien todas las Almendras hasta obtener la textura deseada. No lo echamos de golpe, sino que vamos echando líquido y batiendo hasta conseguir la textura
  5. Añadimos los endulzantes, mezclamos y untamos en el bizcocho al gusto.
    Lo he decorado con unas rodajas de limón y arándanos.
