Para los días de frío vamos con una crema calentita para cenar. Yo tardé un poquito más en prepararla porque la hice a fuego lento, para aprovechar y hacer a la vez un rico caldo para una sopa, pero si tenéis prisa, simplemente tenéis que cocer todo a fuego alto y en 35 minutos está.

Vertemos 2 litros de agua y dejamos cocer todo junto 2 horas a fuego medio-lento. Si tenéis prisa y sólo queréis el puré, agregad tres vasos de agua y cocer a fuego alto 30 minutos.
  4. Transcurrido el tiempo, retiramos la punta de jamón y colamos el caldo.
  5. Echamos las verduras en el vaso de la batidora junto con un poquito del caldo y los quesitos y trituramos bien para que no queden grumos. Volcamos el puré en un cazo y calentamos un par de minutos.
  6. El caldo que hemos obtenido, lo dejamos enfriar y lo llevamos a la nevera hasta el día siguiente, momento en el que retiramos la capa de grasa que se ha formado y lo volvemos a colar antes de echarlo en el tarro de cristal. Yo el caldo lo congelé para hacer una sopa otro día. La punta de jamón la pique para hacer croquetas de jamón (ya subiré la receta).
  7. Ya tenemos nuestro puré listo, servir bien caliente. Yo lo acompañé con unos picatostes. Espero que os guste!!!
