- En un cazo, ponemos a cocer el resto de alcachofas, que queden bien tiernas, las sacamos a un vaso batidor, le añadimos 150 ml de nata para cocinar, aove y sal y trituramos bien, colamos y obtendremos una crema bien fina.
- Para la salsa de curry, ponemos en un cazo 100 ml de leche, aceite de coco y curry al gusto, llevamos a ebullición.
En un vaso ponemos otros 100 ml de leche, 2 cucharadas de maizena, y añadimos al cazo para espesar la salsa. - Montamos el plato, ponemos en el fondo del plato la crema de alcachofas, colocamos 3 alcachofas al horno encima de la crema y añadimos por encima salsa de curry, colocamos el crujiente, y a disfrutar.
